Valentines for Everyone

A Valentine’s Day List of all kinds of love you can send+ share:

1.  Obama Love

Some Ecards has tons of snarky goodies, but these Obama-inspired V’s were my favorite:

And if you sign up for the some ecards app on facebook, you can send them to about 100 million people simultaneously!

2.  I’ve mentioned Austin Kleon‘s blog (specifically his newspaper blackout poems) on here before.  I’m a fan.   Well he has a super limited-time only Newspaper Blackout Valentine up!

So, I know what you are saying, it takes a bit more work than an e-card.  You must print and fold the card, and give it to your loved ones in person.  (I’m posting it too late to mail, although that is also an option).  Go to his site to read the text and see it up closer.  It’s totally nifty.  And totally free.

3.   For the Maddow-Lovin’ Lesbos

Yes.  There ARE e-cards just for us.  Hilarious!

I learned about these from faithfully reading Dorothy Snarker.  Who also has a Lesbo-tastic “Say it With Snarker!” Valentine’s Day post up.

4.  The pilot of Dollhouse is now available on the Fox website!  So that those of us without television can watch it and bring the recap-love.  Happy Valentine’s Day to me.

5.  I give you my favorite romantic xkcd.  It’s not this year’s Valentine.  Everyone has probably already seen it, but it might just be my absolute favorite.  And yes, it makes me go “Awwwwwww!”  because it’s that sweet and that TRUE.

did you know the guy that writes xkcd lives in somerville, ma, which is literally 2 miles from me? it goes malden, everett, charlestown, somerville (cambridge, boston) and that means these gems are cooked up basically in my back yard!
or front yard, considering the direction you have to go to get to somerville…
    i heart xkcd.

I did not know that. Let’s invite him to go to Apsara’s. And then there will be xkcd that references nime chow, in addition to everything else I love.
